At A Glance

What HyperionOS Actually Does

Nine parts of one system. Each one opens its full answer below.

Plus Agentic Swarm, the lead generation machine, and Agentic Syndicate, the playbook. Both come in the same subscription.

01

The Basics

What it is, and who it's for.

What is HyperionOS?

An operating system for your business, run by AI staff called Synths.

Each Synth holds one job: pipeline, copy, design, delivery or reporting. They know your business. They work on their own clock. They hand work to each other. The decisions that are yours come back to you.

It runs on your own machine, on your own Claude plan. I run my own businesses on it every day.

What do I get for the subscription?

Three parts, one subscription.

  • HyperionOS. The system your Synths run your business on.
  • Agentic Swarm. The lead generation machine. It finds businesses and writes to them.
  • Agentic Syndicate. The playbook, the member group and a live call every week.

You also get a live install with me on your onboarding call, and the support group on Facebook Messenger.

How is this different from just using ChatGPT or Claude?

A chat answers a question, then forgets it. You still do the work. You move it along. You remember what happened.

HyperionOS keeps a staff that already knows your business. They remember last week. They file what they make. They pick up the next job without being asked, and pass it on when it's done.

You stop prompting. You start making calls.

What do you mean by “sell the outcome”?

Business owners don't want AI. They want the work done.

So you sell them the lead, the website or the booked call. Your Synths do the work behind it. The owner never has to see it.

Who is it for?

People who already use AI hard and are ready to sell business owners a result. Especially agency owners, and people starting an agency.

It isn't for you if you…

  • want to stay an AI fanboy
  • want a shortcut instead of a business
  • want to install HyperionOS for a client
  • want someone else to do it all

Do I need to be technical?

You don't write code to use it. You talk to your Synths in plain words, in their rooms, the way you would with a colleague. We do the install together.

You do need to run it. Give it your business. Make the calls that come back to you. It's a staff, not a done-for-you service.

02

The Synths

Who does the work, and how.

What is a Synth?

AI with one job in your business. Each Synth has…

  • a name, a title and a face
  • a handbook: how the job is done in your business
  • a journal of what it has learned
  • its own agenda, queue and board
  • a rank, and someone it answers to

When a decision is yours, it stops and asks. It can't close that call for you.

How is a Synth different from an AI agent?

An agent does a task when someone calls it. Then it's gone. Next time, it starts from zero.

A Synth holds a job, every day. It remembers. It wakes on its own clock. It answers to someone, and it leaves a record of what it did.

Which Synths come with it?

A starter team, arranged like a company. It has departments like Command, Pipeline, Revenue, Design, Delivery and Knowledge.

Most seats start paused. You switch on the ones your business needs, when it needs them.

How do I work with them?

Each Synth has its own room. Write to it in plain words. Hand it a job, correct its work, or ask what it's doing.

Or ask Hyperion once. Hyperion asks the right Synths, then gives you one answer with receipts you can open. It owns no work itself. It reads, asks and routes.

Do they work when I'm not there?

Yes. Every Synth runs on its own clock. On each beat it checks its board and takes what is ready. Several work at once, overnight too.

Nobody has to press go. You come back to finished work and the calls that are yours. Your machine just needs to stay on.

How do they work together?

Like a company, with a ladder.

  • You set where the business goes and approve the mission.
  • A Leader writes the mission and the plan.
  • Executives keep the binders and sign off the work.
  • Lieutenants run the projects and brief the Synths.
  • Synths do the tasks and hand work to each other.

Every handoff is on the record. Small jobs stay low on the ladder. Judgement moves up. Only your calls come all the way back to you.

Can I hire my own Synths, or change how one works?

Yes. Hire a seat: give it a name, a title, who it reports to and when it wakes. It gets a room and starts on its first job.

Every Synth's handbook is a plain document you can edit. Add one line and it's read on the next turn.

For a job done the same way every time, commission a droid: a function with a name. And when a Synth keeps needing a tool it doesn't have, it asks for one.

Do they learn?

Yes, and you can read everything they learn.

  • Correct something once in the handbook, and it holds from the next turn.
  • Each Synth keeps a journal of what changed how it works.
  • A procedure worked out once becomes a skill the whole team can use.
  • When a document stops being true, a rewrite is proposed.

The changes that matter wait for your yes. Nothing retrains a model behind your back. The learning is written down where you can see it.

03

What It Does

Every part of the business, in one system.

What does it do for sales?

  • Every deal on a board, with real stages and its whole history.
  • A qualifier reads where each deal stands before your call.
  • Buyers from your offers land in your contacts. Nobody re-types them.
  • Boards a Synth runs for you, one per campaign or department.

Agentic Swarm has its own sales board. A reply to your outreach opens a deal there.

What does it do for marketing and content?

  • A copywriter Synth that writes in your voice, beside your best-performing pieces. It suggests. You accept.
  • A humanizer that takes the AI tells out of copy.
  • Social posts drafted for you. Never published for you.
  • Forms, surveys, applications and quizzes, built from a brief and published when you approve.
  • One email to everyone at a stage of your pipeline, previewed before it goes.
  • An image bank. Every photo is filed once, and a place is proposed for it.

Can it build and run my websites and funnels?

  • One map. Every site and funnel in one place, read from the real files. You always know what's live.
  • The Light Table. A design Synth lays out every page, section by section, as pictures. You choose before anyone builds.
  • Client review. Your client gets a private link to the real page and marks up what they want changed. Every note gets an answer.
  • Release review. See exactly what would change. Keep or decline each piece.

Nothing publishes itself. A page goes live when you say so.

How does it handle delivery and operations?

Explain a job once, in plain words. “When a client signs, we send the welcome pack, hold the kickoff call, build the site, review it with them, then hand it over.”

A Synth turns that into a machine: stages, tasks, and the points where it stops for you. Run it for a client and the whole plan is created in order, with an owner on every step.

Around it sit your projects and tasks on a Now, Next, Later board, and one mission per business with a number and a date. It also tells a live project from a dead one.

What about customer messages and follow-up?

  • Messages land in one inbox. Rules sort them first, then a Synth reads each one and drafts a reply.
  • Nothing goes out until you say so. Sending has a hold window, so you can still pull a message back.
  • Everyone you deal with is linked to the work they're part of.
  • Recorded calls become write-ups, with next steps you accept or throw away.

Can it report on my numbers?

  • Revenue comes straight from Stripe. You read it. You don't build it.
  • Update your cash and read your runway.
  • See what the AI is costing you, live, and which Synth is spending it.
  • A journal shows where your hours went this week.

Where does everything my business knows live?

In one knowledge base. Your SOPs, your call write-ups, every finished file and what each Synth learned on the job.

Every Synth works from it. Every Synth files what it makes into it. Nothing waits on you to organise it.

Some things must never drift: your offer, your price, your plan. Each gets one current answer per business. A new answer replaces the old one, so no Synth works from last month's price.

Can I run more than one business on it?

Yes. Each business, or each client, is its own area. It has its own people, projects, documents and mission. Your Synths know which one they're working in.

04

Staying In Control

They do the work. You make the calls.

What do Synths decide alone, and what comes to me?

They run the work. When a call is yours, the job stops.

The question lands in one queue, with the options and the Synth's recommendation. You pick one, and the work moves again. Everything below that, they handle.

How do I know what they're doing?

  • Every job is on a board, with who owns it and what's next.
  • Every handoff between Synths is on the record.
  • Every Synth keeps a journal you can read.
  • When something needs you, you hear about it: a bell in the app, a desktop banner and a browser notification.

Can I stop them?

Yes. One switch stands the whole team down. No beats, no schedules, nothing runs on its own. You can still talk to any Synth in its room.

Each Synth also has its own budget. When one runs out or gets stuck, it knocks. It reaches you instead of quietly stopping.

Does anything go out without my approval?

  • Outreach. You approve the emails before a campaign sends. After that, its follow-up sends on schedule and stops the moment someone replies.
  • Replies. A Synth drafts. You send.
  • Websites. Nothing publishes itself.
  • Social posts. Drafted for you, never published for you.
  • Forms. Published when you approve.

05

Agentic Swarm

The lead generation machine.

What is Agentic Swarm?

The lead generation machine. It finds businesses in the market you choose, and learns each one from its own website. It writes each one a personal first email and sends it once you approve. When someone replies, it opens a deal.

It's its own app. We install it on the same onboarding call as HyperionOS. See Agentic Swarm

Where do the leads come from?

You define a market: the kind of business, and where it is. Swarm finds the businesses that fit and pulls them into one pool, with no duplicates.

Then it checks each one. It reads the website, confirms the business really offers the service, and verifies the email address. No guessed addresses.

Who writes the emails?

Swarm writes one letter per business, from facts on that business's own site. Every claim in it is checked against the line it came from. A claim that doesn't hold gets flagged.

You read the drafts and approve them before anything sends.

How does it send without burning my domains?

It spreads sending across several inboxes, each under a daily ceiling. A new domain warms up before it sends. An inbox that starts bouncing is paused before it burns.

The domains and inboxes are yours, and so is what they cost to run.

What happens when someone replies?

The reply stops the sequence for that business, and a deal opens on Swarm's sales board.

If nobody replies, a second email goes three days later, on its own. After that, a Synth checks back on a set date and drafts the nudge for you to send.

How do I know if a campaign is working?

Every campaign sits on one board. Open one to see its results. Compare it with another, side by side. Read its runway: how long before it runs out of businesses to write to.

06

Agentic Syndicate

The playbook, the group and the weekly call.

What is Agentic Syndicate?

The playbook for selling business owners the outcome, and for building your own channel to them. Today it's…

  • the group on Facebook Messenger
  • a live group call with me, every week
  • the member area

There's no training in it yet. A new training release each month comes later.

Is there a live call?

Yes. I run a live group call every week. It's part of Agentic Syndicate.

Where do I ask for help?

In the group on Facebook Messenger. That's where the members are, and it comes with your subscription. Bring the bigger questions to the weekly call.

07

Setup And Your Data

What you bring, how we install it, where it lives.

What do I need to bring?

  • Your business
  • A computer you own
  • Your own Claude plan

Then context. Your Synths need your market, your customers, your way of working, your files and your copy. The more they know, the better they work.

What kind of computer does it need?

A Mac or a Windows PC that you own. HyperionOS runs on it, not in someone else's cloud.

Your Synths work while it's on and awake. If it sleeps, they wait.

How does the install work?

Live, on your onboarding call with me. You book it from the page you land on after you pay.

We install HyperionOS and Agentic Swarm together, on your machine, on your own Claude plan. You leave the call with it running.

Where does my business data go?

It stays on your machine. None of it is uploaded to us.

The AI work runs through your own Claude plan, the same way it does when you use Claude yourself.

Which AI does it run on?

Claude, on your own plan. It can run on OpenAI too. Switch between them without a restart, and pick the model for each Synth.

Does it get updates?

Yes. Updates come to your install and keep the changes you've made: your Synths, their handbooks and your data.

08

Price And Terms

What it costs, and what I can and can't promise.

How much is it?

$197 a month for all three parts: HyperionOS, Agentic Swarm and Agentic Syndicate. One subscription, paid month to month.

What else will I pay for?

The running costs are yours: your AI plan, your data, and the inboxes you send from. I don't resell tokens.

Can I cancel?

Yes. It's month to month. Cancel whenever you want.

What if you can't get it working?

If we can't get HyperionOS running for you, you get your money back. That's the promise.

Will this bring me clients?

I can't promise you clients. Agentic Swarm finds business owners and starts the conversation. What happens next is your business.

Can I resell it, or install it for my clients?

No. The licence is for your business alone. You sell your clients the outcome. HyperionOS stays on your machine, and your clients never get a copy.
